Tamara Lloyd has been in the real estate industry for almost 20 years, beginning her career in Commercial Property Management, then growing her own residential property management business and now as Director of Ray White Croydon (Vic).

In 2005 she made a shift from Property Management into the sales side of real estate.  She started at Ray White Croydon where her hard work and flair for real estate was recognised by achieving No. 7 Salesperson for Ray White Victoria/Tasmania in 2006.

Looking for a broader understanding of the real estate industry Tamara then took on a role at the Ray White Corporate office for 3 years where she trained upcoming and experienced agents, worked with business owners and proudly worked with and for the Ray White Family. Today she is a well know and respected figure in the industry.

As Principal of the Award Winning Ray White Croydon Office she is proud of her reputation as a dynamic, innovative and progressive operator; a reputation built on a business philosophy aimed squarely at quality service, high standards and integrity.

A property expert, Tamara has in-depth knowledge of the real estate market and is dedicated to helping you achieve your property goals.

Possessing a genuine passion for real estate and despite the time demands of running a successful company and her young family, Tamara manages to give value back to her local community and the real estate industry.

Tamara and her husband Steve both grew up in Maroondah, where they still reside and where their twins Ava and Thomas attend primary school. Away from work Tamara cherishes spending every minute of her spare time with her family and friends. Tamara’s background and training in hospitality prior to real estate often finds her entertaining family and friends and her passion for interior design is evident in her office as well as her home.

Tamara has set a standard that goes beyond the manual, never underestimating anyone and always able to ‘spare time’ to help with answers from the most complex to the simplest of questions.
